The three stars symbolizes the unit being Corps level.
THE BAY LEAVES :
The leaves frame the emblem. It is the notion of peace and symbols the protecting of peace.
TURKISH FLAG AND NATO LOGO :
Illustrates NRDC-T being a NATO Corps and appointed NATO Responsibilities.
THE BRIDGE :
* The bridge is a symbol of Türkiye being a connection between Europe ans Asia as well as Türkiye’s importance in the region.
* The bridge is a symbol of Türkiye being an equal country on any human rights issue. Illustrates the nonexistence of discrimination such as race, color, religion, language etc.
* The bridge is symbol of NATO’s coordinator role. NATO has been performing this role in the past and will continue to do so in the future between NATO member countries and non-member countries.
* The bridge is a symbol transition from a crisis or wartime to peacetime.
* Represent the two bridges that are a symbol of Istanbul.
THE COLOR BLUE:
* Peace
* NATO
* Istanbul being a city with a seaport.
THE CASTLES :
on either side of the Istanbul Strait symbolize strength, endurance and trustworthiness.
THE PIGEON :
A symbol of piece
THE BRANCH IN THE PIGEONS MOUTH :
A symbol of closer ties, frienship and peace.

An epigram of great leader Atatürk ‘Yurtta Sulh Cihanda Sulh’ meaning ‘Peace at Home Peace in The World’, has always been a valid concept and will be true in the future. His words also show how much a peace loving person he was and has been a bedrock pprinciple of our country.
